A single, homely, 29 year old girl with glasses is told her long black hair is not suited for her new job, selling dresses, by her jealous co-workers. Having little self confidence, she believes them and tearfully submits her ankle length black tresses to the sewing shears. Her co-workers give her the first haircut she's ever had, robbing her of her natural beauty!!!
