Punishment at the Park

They have different ways to deal with accident insurance in these rural parts......

Suzann surrenders her purse and car keys at a deserted lot as well as her long gray hair after her daughter caused an accident. Her daughter waits behind for her turn to be punished. Suzann will be left with a choppy bob, but her poor daughter's long black hair awaits an even worse fate after the belongings in her back pack are strewn in the grass, kicked about, and destroyed.
